  • Two 90-minute calls each week with Michael: coaching, practice, and real talk
  • Simple reset practices between calls, breath-led, do them anywhere
  • Heat and cold are optional tools we'll show you, never required
  • A breath-hold check at the start and the end, so you feel the return get faster

The 4 Weeks

How the Reset Unfolds

Each week builds on the last. Breath first, real life always. No equipment required.

Week 1 · Come home

Find your starting point and the one reset you can do anywhere: the long exhale. It is the fastest lever there is, and the return begins here.

Week 2 · Resets for real life

Simple breath practices to come back on demand, woven into your actual day. At your desk, in the car, before you walk in the door to your family.

Week 3 · Steady under pressure

Train the return when it's hard. Choose the hard thing on purpose, breath first, with heat and cold as options if you have them, so the things you didn't choose can't break you.

Week 4 · The return, trained

Lock in the daily practice and carry it into every arena. Show up steady for the people who need you. Recheck your breath-hold and feel the shift.

Before You Book

Is this a course or a certification?

Neither. It's coaching and a real shift. Four weeks of live practice that trains your nervous system to come back faster, so you show up steadier at home, at work, and for the people who lean on you. You leave with a practice you keep, not a certificate.

Do I need a sauna or cold plunge?

No, and you won't be left out without them. The whole reset is breath-led, and you can do every core practice anywhere. Heat and cold are optional tools we'll show you if you have access, never a requirement. If you do use cold, work within your limits and check with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or are pregnant. This is general wellness coaching, not medical advice.

What if I can't make a live call?

Every call is recorded and shared with your group, so you can catch up. The real shift happens live, so come when you can.

How much practice is it between calls?

A few minutes a day, guided. Consistency beats intensity. The whole point is a practice that fits a real life, not one more thing you can't keep up with.

How do payments work?

The investment is $1,197, paid once, or split into 2 payments of $600. We'll get you set up after your discovery call.
